moving house

I’m now moving virtual house. Frustrated with the continued lack of decent technical support at Easypace, I’m boarding the good ship Pair, who’ve been highly recommended by several people. You know the old quote about 1000 monkeys with 1000 typewriters and an unlimited amount of time eventually being able to produce the entire works of Shakespeare? Well, the Easyspace experience has been something like that, with the odd moment of genuine clarity from technical support generally being lost amid an excessive torrent of uncertain gibberish - a really disheartening experience all round.

I’ve also decided it’s about time I gave the site a good spring-clean and a lick of paint, so watch out for a new blogjam design over the next couple of weeks. It’ll be ace. Honest.

In the meantimre, you can try and figure out why it is that penguins are more popular than kittens. Has all my hard work popularising our feline friends on the web been for nothing?

Damn, I thought in singular the kittens had it. But I was spelling Penguin wrong…

I expact it’s because of all the large penguin brands, the pengiun books and penguin bars, where all kittens have is Hello Kitty, which is a kitty and not a kitten, and bloody atomic kitten, who no-one cares about.

So if you really want to bump up the kitten score, start a number of successful companies and call them kitten.

Penguins are ace.

That is all.

And it’s doubly confusing when you consider what kittens have become associated with, thanks to the fine folks at fark…

Yeah, there are more penguins, but check the quality of the kitten links on offer. And that’s just the first page.
