Brilliant. Have you heard Fakevox by Plus-tech Squeeze Box? Also from the Land of the Rising Sun, they’re doing the musical equivalent of these animations. Try “Early Riser”. You’ll see what I mean.

Yes, I’m familiar with the work of the mighty Squeeze Box. In J-Pop terms I’d put them somewhere between Cornelius and Pizzicato 5, although that’s probably a lazy comparison. Excellent stuff all the same.

I’d already linked to that one on b3ta’s weblog, so I didn’t bother with it here - it’s a nice one, though - a parady of Sazae-san, the longest running animated television series in history.
